Sounds to me like the fence made a citizen's arrest and held the suspect until police could arrive! Hell of a security system they have there.

Our apartment complex had to get someone to remove a deer that had tried to hop the fence into the swimming pool area and impaled himself about two months ago. Animal control agents pulled him off but then forget to put the deer out of its misery before it tried to run off.
