I think first,
that the creature has to be human.
Then, the human has to be female. Bwitches, Its, demonic gloves etc. do not qualify.
Then, presumably, the female has to act like one, sound like one and have some semblence of sweetness.
The subject of your photo seems to crash and burn on all criteria, IMHO.
