The CNN story obviously includes much information that did not come from the hearing.
Does anyone know - Did Black talk to the press after the hearing, relating what went on inside the hearing ?

There have been no quotes directly from Black other than those printed here. When it says sources close to the investigation, it would mean the investigation not the defense.

It would not be the first time CNN has outright made up stuff. (remember those military bashing stories) Seems like they copied stories from the Boss SA and the Press Secretary to make the pill buying "public". If they had hard evidence of the cline's actually selling the pills, the arrest would have been made. The would have been able to subpoena far more easily under that scenario than this cart before the horse system.
