Personally, I am not worried about where he got them. But, if he got them from his maid, shouldn't she be up on charges? I have not heard anything about that. Why is Rush the only one being talked about with this investigation? Why are there media leaks about an ongoing investigation, leaks that only involve Rush?

I was about to ask what you have against Rush, but I think I figured out the animosity against Rush here. You are one of the pro-dope Libertarians, aren't you? Since Rush isn't for legalization of your drug of choice you think he should go down for not being on your side, right? I have to wonder if you are smoking one now.

Rush will either be charged or not; but he should not be tried in the press, which is where he is being tried now.

Media leaks ? ... where ARE all these leaks ? Are you attempting to call public records or Press conferances by the police "media leaks"?

But these stories obviously get more play because writing about Rush gets more attention then writing about the other people involved ... like...

Do you seriuosly think that Rush is the ONLY drug investigation taking place in Florida ?

... and the Clines MIGHT have gotten immumity regarding the drugs because they offered and did "fully cooperate" with the police regarding their suppliers and customers.

I have yet to see any complaint by Rush and his lawyers regarding the blackmail charges. Unless he files a complaint on that, I suppose at some time the Clines might be able to sue HIM.
