Just how am I to understand this then ? ... that you think his statement that Rush bought drugs illegally is an error in fact or in statement ? Or ( more probably) an error in even making the statement ?

I brought it up as something stupid... do you dispute this ?

Relax it is just late. Don't take this so seriously. Judges don't take faux pas like that too serious, why should anyone else.
