All the money in the world wouldn't be enough once his private medical records are disseminated to the public. Do you have any respect for medical privacy?

Yes, but I also know that prosecutors have every right to see medical records if they relate to a criminal investigation. If they have confidentiality problems, maybe the judge could set up a special master to oversee release of only relevant material, or put them under seal and find the prosecutors in contempt if released. But the prosecutors do have a right to the records pursuant to an investigation, and Rush is trying to interfere with that investigation.
