To me, the bottom line is this:

If Muhammad really was talking to the Archangel Gabriel, then there is no salvation in the Lord Jesus Christ. Obviously, then, Muhammad was therefore not talking to the Archangel Gabriel. Since a Godly angel would never blaspheme the King of Heaven, then if any angel talked to Muhammad it must have been one of the Fallen angels, perhaps Lucifer himself.
