Double jeopardy would only to apply to the Perjury and Obstruction of Justice charges which were the basis of the first impeachment. If we were to re-impeach Clinton, the charges could range from Abuse of Power, Conspiracy to commit any number of felonies, or even Treason for his selling of nuclear secrets to the Chi-Coms. For the treason at least, there is no statute of limitations.

Legally, I do believe re-impeachment is a viable alternative...politically, it may be another matter.

I do believe you are correct about the perjury and obstruction of justice. Too bad the former prez wasn't indicted for this. It just makes impeachment almost meaningless. Know what I mean? It's almost like trying to fix something that ain't broke.
