Yea me. (said in my belligerent best)
Y'know another "Landru"? (keyrissssst, I hope not. :o) )
"where ya been ol' timer?!"
Around.
Here & there.
Mainly there.
"Bitin' that tongue of yers as Dubyuh sells US conservatives out to the Lib'ral ninnies?!"
Yea, something like that.
But then again when I voted for the guy [read: hired], I did so with the understanding he run the nation as he saw fit; &, at that time I *assumed* I knew pretty much what that'd mean, what I could expect from a "conservative" administration.
>doink!<
Mebad.
How 'bout a song!??!
"What a *surprise*!!
A look of terminal shock in your eyes!
Now things aren't really what they seem.
Noooooo, this is no bad dream!"
(~go on, guess *whoooo*)
~eh? {g}
Damned thing is, when we were saddled with Clinoccio we got -- albeit begrudgingly -- "Welfare Reform," "NAFTA," "GATT"...well you know Mud, clearly "conservative" act(s) one would think only a Republican w/could be responsible for authoring from a Liberal-Socialist Demo-Rat.
Now with this Republican POTUS, we get an "all new" cabinet level bureacracy (to do the work the FBICIDCIANSAUSMUSINS used to do), continued $$ aid to the godless UN for the purpose of "population control" [read: abortions], *free* PRx for our sweet elderly (but soon to *everyone* including Pedro & his family in Nogales) & the immigration boondoggleS, (further or maintained) restrictions on our 2nd Amendmend, an end-around on our the 1st Amendment visa vi CFR, & a curious -- but consistent -- inability to get our [read: conservative] appointed judicial nominees OUT of "committee" (whateverinthehellthatmeans) so they may be confirmed & put on the bench to *try* to stall the outrageous judicial activism so rampant, even though we've majorities all way around.
So, you see my predicament.
At this point all I can -- possibly -- think of is how fortunate we all are today Gore wasn't elected; and, of course *anxiously* looking forward to another 4 years, of what?
This guy's brand of "conservatism"?
~Oy vey.
...my head hurts so. :o)
This ain't what I bargained fer when I voted fer Dubyuh...the Right's being taken fer granted.

It's all of our predicament...regarding this immigration reform package Dubyuh's proposing, it's almost as if Bush expects it to be killed in Congress and he thinks he'll get the kudos from the Hispanics just fer proposing it, without ever having to sign it into law. That ain't leadership, it's gutless posturing. Folks like to blame it on Rove, but Bush oughtta be ashamed, too!!

Dubyuh ain't earned my vote yet...MUD
