Why does he look like this Pope look like he is a 115 years old, instead of merely 83? Reagan on his death bed in his 92nd birthday, going for 93, looks younger...

I'm not RC and this is not a hit but I simply cannot understand why the Pope has not retired. There is, as I understand, nothing in RC Cannon Law that prevents it however there is no precident but that is not suprising considering his access to modern geratric medicine.
