FINALLY got my copy from Amazon!
I'm sure it will be as good or better that the first three page turners!
To: Salgak
So sorry to hear of the delay. Amazon typically makes too small a first order...and even second order when these come out.
I know others are receiving them (ref. the post after yours from doomonyou), and hope that yours arrives soon and that you find it an enjoyable and compelling read.
Please let me know what you think when you finally receive it and have read it.
To: Doomonyou
GREAT! Sorry ot was delayed bu glad you were able to finally get it.
I know you wil enjoy it and look forward to your thoughts and comments on Volume IV once you've had a chance to read it.
Let me know.

Your review(s) just came up on Amazon,
HERE. Thanks a million!
To: Travis McGee
I noticed that your reviews from the 1st edition are now up on the
2nd edition Amazon site, and that the sales rank is now climbing! Folks are finding it and now it should get nothing but better on that front.
Keep 'er going!

Thanks Jeff. I'm making a pitstop in PHX after driving all over NM the last week. This is my first look at a computer since Christmas.

Trav, I hpe you had a great time! My post 45 was a follow-up to post 34.
Everyone, I am now up in Minnesotat heading back to Idaho tomorrow. Cold up here.
My brother's condition that some of you were aware of improved (literal answer to many prayers) to the point where I was comfortable heading on up here to join Gail and the other kids (Jared was in Texas with me) to visit my brother and sister in law and their son who was just married.
I'll hook back up next week.
To: Jeff Head
Jeff,
So glad to hear that your brother's condition has improved. What a wonderful Christmas gift for you all.
I must admit that I agree with scottinocs review of The Long March (personal bias aside :).
Best wishes to you and yours for a New Year filled with peace and contentment ....

Thanks so much Joanie. He is by no means out of the woods...but he did imrpove and we are grateful for that...he's seen the new year.
Hope and trust that you and yours enjoyed a joyous holiday season. May that joy linger throughout the whole year.
To: Badray
Thanks badray...it was our small miracle for Christmas and we are grateful to God in Heaven for it.
Hope your own New Year was joyously rung in and that it is going well.

Just got the following review posted on Amazon...
The "Dragon's Fury" series just keeps getting better and better. It's 2008-2009, and World War III is now going into its' third year, with the forces of the Greater Islamic Republic and the Coalition of Asian States against what's left of the Free World. Australia has fallen: Alaska has been invaded, and there are still CAS, GIR, and Atzlan sleeper agents and commandos wreaking havoc on a changed America.
But the Giant is awakening from slumber, and a vast array of new and innovative weapons appear, from the "HAIL STORM" missle capable of destroying entire regiments of soldiers, to combat spacecraft, and even a cryptic voyage beyond Mars. The enemy has hit his peak, and now America and her allies are striking back and slowly advancing on the enemy on all fronts.
This is the kind of book Tom Clancy used to write: a big story on an immense canvas, with ordinary people , driven by circumstances, doing extraordinary things.
Highly recommended, can't wait for the final volume, and for the obvious spinoff series that seems destined to follow.
My single gripe: none of his spacecraft were named. . . . Enterprise.
Now I'm being encouraged for a spin-off series! I'll have to take a good long rest first.

Personally, all is well, although tragedy has hit the family. A nephew narrowly escaped death in a traffic accident right before the New Year and a younger cousin was killed early Tuesday morning in another accident that his older brother walked away from with no significant injuries. The one killed was the one who always wore his seat belt. The older one never wore his and didn't then either. When it's your time. . .
Mom's memory is continuing to fail, but we are thankful for her, otherwise good health. She takes no medication at all. In fact, like me she is very stubborn and refuses to even see a doctor. She hasn't been to one for over 20 years. I'm going to try to move her into an apartment down the hall from me before I go to CPAC. I will feel better when I can have her a bit closer than she is now. When I am not home, there are several neighbors that will keep an eye on her for me.
Our / my problems though are so small and I thank God everyday for all of my many blessings.
