"Did prosecutors have time to look at them before they were resealed?"

No - but they might have plenty of time to review the fresh COPIES of them ...

MY humble opinion is they already knew what was in them 'before' the judge's first ruling. They just wanted to 'make it legal'.

These are vindictive, witch hunting RATs we're dealing with here.

Did prosecutors have time to leak them before they were resealed?

Rush just said that the State Attorney General ordered the DA to open up the records and rifle through them, even though the court had asked them to keep them sealed pending judicial review or the request for a stay..

A witch hunt from the very top.

Yes, they did. The AP article is misleading. Contrary to what the article says, it is EASILY determined that they have already looked at them. In fact, Rush reiterated that fact just a few minutes ago on the air. He first mentioned it yesterday.

Here is what Mark Levin had to say on the subject yesterday on the Sean Hannity Show.

It shouldn't matter. If the documents are permanently sealed, the prosecutors can no longer use them as evidence, nor can they use evidence gotten by knowledge of what's in the records.

If the records cannot be offered as an exhibit at trial, it would be really hard to show doctor shopping.

THE BASTARDS were probably already opening them for photocopying and forwarding to democrat organs before the first order authorizing them to "see" them was even opened.

Are you kidding?
These folks are Satan's minions.
Rush is an addict. Says so.
End of story.
He is in treatment.
The witch hunt if it ends will become "governor bush and the bush administration in Washington DC has blocked prosecution of one of their cheif political supporters and proponents..."

That's what's destined to become reality.
If they cannot find anything on him, they will say they were obstructed and continue to slur his name. If they are blocked from finding anything they will blame the Justice department or Governor Bush.

What's the downside for dems on this?
There is none. So whatever the results, they will run with it.

My question is, Who is NEXT?
or better, What would best deter the perpetrators, a new law?

Or a severed horsehead under the christmas tree?
