It doesn't matter to our family since we gave up on beef two years ago. Once again, the bottom line - in this case feeding cattle animal remains - dictated the consequences and I am not confident in the tracking system of our nation to remove every piece of tainted meat.
Prions kill.

Am I hearing that right, the cow was not "Bred" on the farm it was found, but that it was in fact bought from another Farm and the USDA is having a hard time tracing this?
