People who eco tour/promo/photo-op around hippo's are foolish in the extreme. They are dramatically dangerous in or out of water. Huge crushing jaws with anvil teeth that can sprint.

IMO, at least a .458 is called for, better is a .50 caliber because a charging hippo is more than tons of fun. Cameras were probably all this party had.
