Worcester school officials placed a principal and teacher on paid administrative leave amid the first state investigation into a case of schoolwide cheating on the MCAS exam. Test scores at the elementary school where the two longtime educators worked increased dramatically in 2003 after previous poor performances.

In Massachusetts, where children have been swapped, sold and raped
for decades, as the crime is ignored by the Democratic DA to cover for his friends,
expect nothing serious to come of this fraud ['tip-of-the-iceberg'].
