Why wouldn't these border vigilantes have a video camera going at all times? If some soldado from Mexico is on our soil--firing weapon or not--I'd make dang sure I caught it on tape to show the world!

They might not want a photographic record of what THEY were doing.
And the tape might not show what they're claiming happened.
