How is he going to pay?

Well he can start with 3 or 4 jobs. Then at least he'll be so busy and tired he won't be able to get any more pregnant.

Yes --- this is just the welfare culture ---- the children of single mothers who started sex young are just repeating the cycle. In this area independence means getting your own food stamps and government checks, not depending on your mother's welfare anymore. Most of the people moving in from Mexico have less than a 3rd grade education --- they have no job skills, living a life on welfare is actually the goal and it certainly beats working hard in Mexico for $3-4 a day.
