I am Catholic, but started out Protestant. All you say is true, but belief in the saving grace of Christ's sacrifice is enough to make a Christian.

Sure. "Catholic" is merely a latin term used to identify the only Christian faith which existed at the time. Phone's for you.
"the way" and "christian" and "Catholic" are one in the same.
Some guy from the Coptic Church says he needs to speak with you.

Yep. That's another debate as to what Churches remained fully in the Catholic faith. But that's another thread.
(BTW Some Coptic churches returned..)

Where 1stfreedom puts his Catholicism above Christianity, you properly identify that being Christian is a lot more important.
I do hope that 1stfreedom comes to see the simple truth that you point to. Converts will hopefully wake up the Catholic church to its true roots someday.

The two are the same -- not separate.
>>you properly identify that being Christian is a lot more important.
Once again, they are one in the same, not separate.

I didn't disagree/agree with her statement -- I didn't have the time to respond. I will later.
>>Converts will hopefully wake up the Catholic church to its true roots someday.
??? That statement doesn't make any sense. The true roots of Catholicism is Christ, and Catholics know this. I have no idea what you are talking about.
