I heard on the news last night about Ashcroft returning to DC. I hadn't heard about Rummy. It would seem to be prudent for Ashcroft to be at work, considering the current threat level. I don't see anything out-of-the-ordinary in that decision.

It is not Bull Crap. Ashcroft was called back in from his vacation in Missouri and Rumsfeld from NM.Look at the LA Times thread it is in there.
