There's an article on FR about flights run by a commercial outfit from Venesuela using contractor pilots have been canceled by the US government. They are already on it.

Or, let them fly to a remote US base, say the one of the old SAC bases in Maine, with a US fighter escort from say 50 miles out, then tranfer crew to a vetted US crew.
