When W. enunciated the Bush doctrine - you are either with us or with the terrorists - I really did not anticipate that it would take years for many factions around the world to clearly distance themselves from the likes of the 9/11 perpetrators.

I think it is not only Muslims waiting on the fence to see which horse to back, but also in the nature of how comfortably the terrorist's creed nestles into the bosom of the free society.
