One major difference--Rush is being accused of a crime. The rape victim in the Bryant case is not the one being prosecuted for a crime.
I listen to Rush as often as I can. Nobody does talk radio better than Rush. I like the man. I really missed him when he was in drug-rehab.
But what he did was wrong. I think he is taking personal responsibility for what he did, and that is a good thing.
