Did one of Arnold's spending cuts hurt a personal pet cause of Weintraub's?

To date Schwarzenegger has not made a cut in the budget. Not a dime.

Last week Schwarzenneger did shuffle the costs around a bit, college students and welfare recipients now help subsidize the vehicle license fee but no budget reductions were realized, no cuts. We're still spending at the same rate.

You need to get out and about more often, too. You'd then realize that the DU'ers are also echoing your complaint that Arnold cut taxes and then slashed social services to make up for the reduced revenue.

Those poor, poor welfare recipients and subsidized college students :-(
