The Times just want to know if they can plan their party if Cheney is near death...

I dont care about Cheneys health just like I dont care about Bill Clintons. If Cheneys dies, I am pretty confident his replacement would be just as able (slight overstatement)

Yeah, you are right! Also Hillarys swollen ankles are a serious sign that she has been attending too many fund raising dinners. I am concerned & saddened about her health. (not)

The article title sounds similar to "Are you still beating your wife?" i.e. an implied false premise implicit in the question.

Why is it that Cheney's heart is an issue, but I never heard any questions about Bob Graham's when he was running?

How are you New York Times? How's that circulation? Don't cover up the numbers, tell us how many subscribers you have lost.

I see that you, too, have read 'Dereliction of Duty'!

Actually, no, I just remember the news story. I don't have to read the books, because I rarely forget the news. The books are for the people who haven't been paying attention (no offense to to you, you're here after all).

"It has been standard practice for both presidents and vice presidents to immediately go public with their medical exams..."

For a moment I thought this was from the Onion. The American populace never, I repeat, NEVER saw the entirety of Bill Clintoons medical record. Not that we ever really wanted to, it's just that once again a RAT was held to a different standard. Didn't he tell one of his rape victims 'not to worry' because he had the mumps when he was a kid and that made him sterile? No wonder he felt compelled to screw around ( no pun intended ) so much. I honestly refuse to believe he is capable of siring a child, as Chelsea looks one hell of lot more like Webster Hubbell than either of her alleged parents.
