Something IN ADDITION to the same generalities he uses during every warning like this. HS Dept is an incongruent mess. They sold it, in part, on immigration enforcement, AND THEY LIED. I do not trust the PR agent of HS, Tom Ridge.

Having a politician head HS is a testament to what a failure it is and what it will be in the future.
