Because we all know more terrorism can, and for some, likely will happen again in America. I personally see no reason to run around the neighborhood yelling ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh in panic. We do take it seriously. We can keep our sense of humor though.

The only one suggesting the response to an elevated alert should be "panic" and running around "yelling ahhhhhhhhhhhhh" is YOU and some like-minded posters here. Not the administration.

Thanks for your comments, now that reinforcements have arrived, I'm off now to join a large group of people in public and watch a basketball game. And I'm not afraid even though one of our best players is named Muhammed.
