Yes, the ones that weren't too careful about hiding what they were up to. I feel there may be more sleepers in the Portland-metro area. With a terrorist-friendly mayor like Vera Katz in charge, they should have no trouble hauling a full-sized nuclear weapon into Pioneer Courthouse Square. If the Portland police even so much as stopped them to ask what they were doing there would be immediate cries of 'profiling' from the local alphabet channels.
