Actually, as a former insomniac, I have learned through prayer how to let go and not worry (toooo much)!
I won't let the bas***ds do that to my life. Not again.
Definitely, it would impede housework! I am having two grandchildren here tomorrow to help bake cookies. That should take my mind off of some of this.
Other than being vigilant when we are out, and making sure we have our homes properly supplied, there really isn't much else we can do.
Other than have a shot of scotch. HA!
