Pubbie,
You seem to be taking a lot of cheap shots at Tom Ridge.
I realize it's your right as an American to do this but there is no need to try to pass this off as humor.

I used to live in Secretary Ridge's district when he was a congressman. He was (is) a bad a$$. He didn’t take crap from anyone. I remember seeing him several times having lunch at Bizarro’s Ringside Lounge a little Italian pub and restaurant outside Erie, PA. . The Bizarros are a boxing family and some pretty tough characters used to hang there.

When he ran for Governor I witnessed him (verbally) take on several radio talk show hosts who crossed the disrespect line. He sent a not so subtle message that there was a physical option.

I think the reason Dubya picked him to run HS is because he ran a big state and he has a big set of balls

I'm peeved that he suggested 12 million illegals should be given amnesty - it makes his judgement very suspect.

maybe he was a good governor - but I think he's out of his league in HS.

ot....but isn't Ridge's son going to be a priest?....I only know this because a neice in Penn. double-dated with Ridge's son and his date....said he was a very nice young man...big , like his dad....
