Libya has apparently decided to come clean. As such, when this is verified, we should definitely lift sanctions. There is no reason for them, and good and civilized behavior should be rewarded.

This is a remarkable development, and one we would like to see repeated elsewhere.

I'd say the "reward" ought to be a one-way ticket for Khaddafi to come to the U.S. and stand trial for the Pan Am 107 attack.
