I believe you logic is flawed. Iranians are overwhelmingly frustrated with their theocracy. The majority want to replace it with a secular democracy. Even leading Shiite Muslim clerics in Iran (and Iraq)are beginning to support a secular democracy. These Muslim leaders are concerned that the people are leaving Islam because of the corruption and failure of their theocratic government.

Therefore, it does not follow logically that if the people of Iran want to replace their theocratic regime with a secular democracy that in a few years they will suddenly revert back to some hidden desire to "hate all the infidels."

What is happening in Iran should give hope to all those that have been longing to see a "reformation" in Islam.

One thing that you obviously do not know is that the majority of Iranians could not possibly have created the tyranny that they are in because they were not born when it was formed.
