Oh I'm sure whatever operations Ghadaffi had going on recently are being halted. He knows Bush doesn't mess around. However, as we on FR have learned over the past couple of months, a WMD program can exist under very secretive measures. If Dean or some other Rat yoddle is elected, Libya will restart those plans but quick.

It is the Saddam effect. Never underestimate the significance of humilating an Arab leader when it comes to laying down the law to a Muslim nation.
