Oh I'm sure whatever operations Ghadaffi had going on recently are being halted. He knows Bush doesn't mess around. However, as we on FR have learned over the past couple of months, a WMD program can exist under very secretive measures. If Dean or some other Rat yoddle is elected, Libya will restart those plans but quick.
