Bush still can't pronounce "nulclear". What's the big deal? Jimmy Carter couldn't either and he was a damned "nuclear" engineer. It's probably a southren thang.

Some dictionary guy was asked about this and said either pronunciation (nuclear) is acceptable.

Believe me it is a Southwest Thing. I have been kidded about that until GW pronounced it the same way.
