Sink... in the initial article, there isn't any mention of the little hangman picture, so really, for those people who haven't been following this, the statement stands. A bit rude, but hardly racist.

The defense has every right to raise the question as to who, exactly, caused those injuries.

The law doesn't say that only stable non-promiscuous women can be raped. In fact,it could be argued, that having sex with three men and only accusing one of rape is indicative of guilt not innocence. Why didn't she accuse the other two of rape?

That being said, it looks like the prosecution is wasting everyone's money. I don't see a chance of a conviction.

The prosecution's prime witness is also compromised, as he nailed her a week before the supposed rape. There seem to be few men who come in contact with her that she doesn't jump in the sack with.

Reminds me of the way Nichole was trashed during the OJ Simpson trial.

Nope. Race has nothing to do with it. Let me interject at this point that I am black.

Look at the homepage of the company, and you'll see that they're not just going after Kobe and Michael Jackson, but Scott Peterson, Hillary, Rush, and Arnold as well, and any so-called "role model" that has a fall from grace. Arnold is winning an online poll asking "whom should we hang next?"
