So the funds are to be used for police and fire services...I didn't know that the police and fire department only serviced people that owned five or six BMWs or Mercedes. Last time I checked, they also answered the calls for help coming from poor women and children.

Oh BTW, poor women and children, DON'T PAY TAXES, so you're not really taking money away from them are you?
