I like Jed Bush, as well. But I hope he doesn't get the nomination in '08, because I don't like anything resembling a dynasty. Because a dynasty means its members automaticallt believe they are entitled to office, and unqualified "legacies" can be disatrous (just look at the Kennedys, for example: a more dysfunctional and vile clan I've never seen).

I think that's because Joe Kennedy (the father) was vile and dysfunctional, not because of several Kennedys winning elections. He was vile and dysfunctional long before the Kennedy clan got involved with politics. I think the bad behaviour was passed on.
