Here's your problem. You need to REMOVE the "URL" (it's just an example).

You have "URL HTTP://COMMUNTIY.WEBSHOTS.COM/S/IMAGE6/3/59/0/1"

in your image tag.

"Community" is misspelled, so no way can the redirect work. The file type is not there either (gif or jpg or jpeg, most likely). Right click the image and select "Properties", then copy EXACTLY the entire URL, starting with http.
