Arglebargle, meaning, "a lively discussion", e.g., about the dangers of Militant Islam, permeates this and many other threads and messages on this and many other websites as well as other modern media, but I sternly warn everyone who read this that that just wastes time, and we have no time to waste. Militant Islam is certainly a threat, but it is not the threat that we must concentrate on: State Communism must remain our major concern. It is a clear and present danger we ignore at our peril.

Our President is being very wise to state that Islam is a religion of peace - even though that's almost laughable. He is wise, because he knows that at any time State Communism can unleash megatons of destruction upon us. Militant Islam can only pin-prick us and our allies; State Communism can vaporize us all. They have the weapons and the will; it is only a matter of time. They are great opportunists. I believe that if we let ourselves become overextended fighting Militant Islam, they will be tempted beyond belief to strike. When, where, how, I don't know for sure, but here is one chilling example: a Chinese General has publicly threatened to vaporize Los Angeles if we interfere when they decide to invade Tiawan. Don't misunderstand me - I agree completely that we must defeat Militant Islam, but I say we must do this at a relatively slow pace, so that we always focus enough power to deter State Communism from conducting a sneak attack.

China is not the only possible nation that may attack, but it is the one most likely and it has the maximum motive. The Chinese know that, like Kuwait, we would rush in to help Tiawan. Yet, they desire to possess Tiawan far beyond a typical Westener's ability to understand. Let me cite just a few points: China and Tiawan share a common language, culture, gene pool, etc., yet Tiawan is free and prosperous with little corruption. By contrast, Mainland China is a huge prison and the vast majority of the people are poor by comparison with the average Tiawanese. The Chinese that are getting rich are mainly the children of the rulers, there is tremendous corruption, and the Commuinists seek to destroy even tiny religious sects. The rulers and their equally corrupt progeny know that they are riding a tiger - any Mainlander they rule who is able to compare life in Taiwan versus existence on the Mainland yearns to be free and prosperous - if not for themselves, at least for their own children. All Communist states exhibit behaviours that, at best, appear completely bizzare to ordinary Westerners. But they beleive that these bizzare acts of cruelty and inhumanity to their fellow man are absolutely necessary to ensure their own survival. They are fully aware of what has happened to ousted Communist leaders and their families in many other countries. They must maintain an icy grip on the populace while eliminating all hope, and part of that strategy requires destroying any tangible example upon which to base that hope. In the case of China, the Communist rulers know that must subdue Taiwan before the tiger they are riding turns and eats them and their children alive. They also know that it is a huge mistake to attack and invade Tiawan if the US is able to retaliate. The inescapable conclusion is that they will attack us first to neutralize us, and they must do this as soon as possible so that they can prevent the tiger - the Chinese people - from turning on them. Our job, led by the President, is to keep enough resources and reserves intact and alert to make sure that they never beleive that they have a fair chance of destroying or neutralizing us before we can utterly destroy them. I cannot speak more plainly than this.
