Chris Matthews was being his obtuse self on this matter and now I see Keith Olbermann promoing his show just starting and this heads the list.

Kean's words actually were oblique, but certainly could be construed to be wielded against Bush. Did CBS distort or did he deliberately craft his words to be interpreted as the hearer wished? I don't trust him.

Matthews also had that widow that's leading the charge specifically against Condi in the 9/11 matter.

Here's Olberman quoting the CBS story. Ah, Olberman just said Kean referred "vaguely" to the Bush administration.

Matthews ended his 'chat' with the widow.......so it seems the problem was at the top......and she agreed.

The woman was beyond dense. Suggested that we should have known immediately it was a terror attack so everyone could have been evacuated from the second tower. That Rumsfeld would have not sat in the Pentagon for another 25 minutes after the towers were hit, and the president wouldn't have been sitting in a classroom in Florida for half an hour. That we all should have been TOLD.........

I just saw the second airing of that .. it's obvious that regardless of the information ... this widow had her mind made up of who she was pointing the blame at.

I'm just watching the 2nd airing of that now about Clark and Gary Hart's comments

First .. Bush was not in office 9 months when 9/11 happened

Second .. Neither of them addressed the fact that Clinton was in office 8 years prior to Bush taking office

Which just proved my point they are playing such political games with this report and this investigation to the point that hardly anyone will be able to take it seriously
