"I am sad you feel restricted by the government.I am quite free."

REALLY?

Is that because you can choose between Tide and Cheer? Between Cherrios and Bran Flakes?

Can you join with your like minded friends and neighbors and run an ad complaining about politicians right before an election? Do you remember when the First Amendment protected political speech? Do you remember who signature's is on the law that abolished it?

Can you carry or even own a firearm for your personal protection without the blessing of the government. Do you remember the 2nd Amendment?

Is your income yours to do with as you see fit or does the government take it's cut before you see it?

Can you rent a room in your own home to whomever you choose or is your decision subject to government oversight and you to a lawsuit if you don't toe the line?

Can you do as you please with your property if it is deemed to be 'wetlands' by some petty bureaucrat?

Can you hire and fire people at your business without government oversight and do so without fear of a lawsuit because of some form of 'discrimination'?

My response is only limited by time. There are a lot more examples.

Do you still think that you are so free?

Here's another one I am sure the founders would have loved...

Can you legally use more more than 1.2 gallons of water to flush the waste out of your outhouse?

...and the list goes on while most people are not even aware of what they have lost. Truly, there are none so blind...
