Well done, sir.
You have told the truth, and given an accurate representation of what millions of us think, intend, and believe.
Whether it is accepted or understood by others, and if it moves them, or inflames more hostility, is not part of our job. It is only up to God if they are to serve hate, or love. May they see the Light, and go to it within their hearts, some day. Those in Iraq and Afghanistan genuinely think they know us from the "media," films, and what their keepers have said. Our soldiers' presence among them should handily show the great untruth of all this, and, God willing, show them the civilized way to equal freedom, prosperity, health, and joy. They can do it...but they must have an example, and believe that they can do it, and have it for themselves, and their children. When they see demonstration of Strength without Hate, of Power without abusive Tyranny...of the virtues of sacrifice for others, that they too may know the joys of freedom...may they rise to the opportunity that God has brought to them, and never, ever put on the chains of tyranny and hate again.
The Canteen had an article about Iraqi cuisine...how great it would be to go there in times of free abundance among the People...and EAT !!! (a Muttly specialty)

Something I neglected to say, but meant to:
Because of our deep pain and outrage about the shamefully vicious 9-11 attack, we, just to stay in control of our feelings, attended to proceeding with the work at hand -- persuing the killers -- all the while relying on and inwardly referring all we did to our God-given moral code.
So, now, let us proceed with our proper job, and Pray for the enlightenment, the healing of the terribly afflicted, manipulated and dominated people of Afghanistan, Iraq, and all the region.
That is our greatest tool, and responsibility. Let's ROLL !

It would be a miracle, like the fall of the iron curtain, worked by God's hand and in his way.
