So, let me get this straight an 8 year old is expressing his religious liberty and a religous liberty law firm is going to sue because of he is willing to express his liberty. I know that this begs the question, but isn't that what they should be fighting for?

The Religious Liberties Law Firm is threatening to sue the school and/or district because the school refused to allow the student to pass out the candy canes with the message.
