So, let me get this straight an 8 year old is expressing his religious liberty and a religous liberty law firm is going to sue because of he is willing to express his liberty. I know that this begs the question, but isn't that what they should be fighting for? The Religious Liberties Law Firm is threatening to sue the school and/or district because the school refused to allow the student to pass out the candy canes with the message.

OOoh, I guess that I had better read a little slower next time. I've learned to proof my posting (for the most part), now I'm going to have to learn to proof my reading. I'm glad that you pointed that out. Good to hear that they are working on behalf of the student.
