Things are heating up down in Moore County, NC. Morgan now has a primary challenger named Peggy Crutchfield, who is currently the head of the local United Way, but is resigning that job to spend full-time on her campaign. Morgan and his allies are waging take-no-prisoners war against the real Republicans, including the leadership of the Moore County Republican Party.
It's ugly and getting uglier, and the ugliness isn't going to end until Morgan is defeated.
