Homosexual marriage is strictly an effort to institutionalize a private bedroom behavior for gratification alone.

BINGO.

I do not support any attempt to make it illegal for homosexuals to sign agreements on join property, include each other in their wills, or enter into any other private contractual agreement.

I also do not support any attempt on the part of the Federal Government to restrict states rights to create whatever they want, including homosexual marriage (oxymoron).

I do support the Federal Government ensuring that no state has to recognize the laws of another with regard to homosexual unions.

That should be simple enough to do and conservative enough for everyone.

Shalom.

We wrote similar things. California actually did another thing right a few years ago when passing Prop 22 (I believe). Although the gay activists tried to claim...no state allows gay marriage so why define it, the people of California passed Prop 22 saying that California will only recognize marriage as between a man and woman.

That being said, the people who complain about the federal judiciary are correct. The federal judges in San Francisco already have a history of interfering in California passed state propositions.
