BTW you don't think it was preventable?Hindsight is 20/20. Going back and trying to pin blame on the Bush administration, when Clinton had EIGHT YEARS to fend off terrorists is clearly a hit job by Kean (he's miffed that he's not getting the morning briefings).
And Kean is releasing his "opinion" before the investigation is complete?

Yes, it was preventable. President Bush had a plan on his desk on 9/10/01 to try to do just that. Not even eight months in office after a previous administration that did everything they could to booby trap Bush's transition, and he already had a plan on his desk to take out the Taliban and AQ.
