The CIA knew of plans to fly airplanes into building as early as 1991, no precausions. Recent papers found connect Mohammed Ada (SIC) to training in Bagdad, yet the CIA will still not connect Salmon Pak to 9/11. Please tell me more about the CIA and George Tenents effectiveness?
