How often does State do this "we urge people to leave X."? Course if I was in Saudi Arabia anything would spook me.

How often does the State Dept. tell people to leave a country? Rarely. They usually issue warnings and advisories.

Al Qaeda must be gearing up for another attack.

These warnings are quite common.

What is critical here is the last two warnings had the suicide terrorists bombing housing in Saudi land in 48 to 72 hours.
