(IsraelNN.com) For the second time this week, two children were apprehended by security forces after they cut and penetrated the Gaza security fence, this time near Kfar Aza.

Security officials believe terrorists are sending the children, confident they will not be harmed by soldiers, enabling them to monitor and learn what IDF response is elicited by their actions.
