Lawyers are like guns: lawyers do not sue people - People sue people. Three words for you: Class Action Lawsuits.
And here's four more: American Civil Liberties Union.
What do these things have in common? Finding a pretext, via some shlub "victim(s)", so lawyers can sue, other lawyers can defend and only the lawyers can profit.
