Not exactly. The plaintifs attorney makes sure anyone with an IQ bigger then his hat size is excluded from the jury. I firmly believe this could be mitigated if the juries were selected first, by the judge alone, only exclusions for obvious lack of intelligence, or blatant bias, THEN randomly assigned to cases. Then we might see an end to these idiotic lawsuits. Oh yeah, loser pays. Want to sue the bat maker for something this stupid, you should pay for the cost if you loose your idiot suit.
